I have been lacking a lot of motivation recently but started up again yesterday on the bike with a 15 mile trainer session. My target between now and the end of the year is 150 miles but hoping to get closer to 200 so I can round out my yearly to 1500 strava tracked miles.0

Replaced a slow leak on Wednesday, and got a fast flat in the middle of a 50 mile ride today. Flats seem to come in threes, so I better replenish my tubes and CO2 cartridges before one appears on my next ride.

Insanely windy out today. Put on my tighter fitting gear, and did a fun ride along the coast today averaging 12 MPH going south, then 20 MPH returning north while maintaining the same heart rate for the entire ride. Time for some aero bars.

I plan to read and make some mileage goals. I'm pretty severely overweight BUT I'm signed up for a Ragnar Relay in April which I do not plan to skip out on...0
