    Struggles or successes of the week:

    Struggles: Basically everything! Staying motivated has been a real issue for me lately. I'm currently unemployed and the job search has me a bit stressed out and bored, so I've been eating most of my calories earlier in the day, which is setting me up for failure! :(

    Successes: I woke up this morning ready to work out, so there ya go! That's about the only success of the week! ;)

    Struggles or successes of the week: During the past week, my daughter baked cookies and my husband made lasagna. I managed to have just one cookie each night, and I had just one serving of the lasagna. In the past, I'd have eaten all of the cookies and at least two servings of the lasagna. It feels good to know that I stayed in control. (I know I'm getting weighed early, but this is my weigh-in day).

    Struggles or successes of the week 12/8: I have been sick with the flu bug since Nov 26, So my work outs have been tough. Coughing through them, but not giving them my full 100%. I am getting a bit better, so hitting the gym tonight. Have not been eating alot due to not feeling well. Lets hope this week will get better

    Struggles or successes of the week 12/15: All week I had to study for a very important exam I had on Monday morning the 15th, so I did not work out as much as I wanted to, and Christmas parties started last week. Drinking more alcohol than I usually do in the week.
    Successes: I did work out 4 times during the week. Seeing a nutristionist on Wed, can't wait to see the outcome of that!!

    Struggles or successes of the week 12/22: Still sick, going back to the doctors today. Work outs were tough due to not feeling well. Still tried to get them in. Ran aroung all week end to get things ready for Christmas eve, cleaning was a work out by itself. Now have to finishing wrapping those gifts.
    Thought that sweating out this bug would help, but made me more sick!

    Struggles of the week: holiday food. Holiday food everywhere.

    Successes of the week: finally stopped putting sugar in my coffee. Took a long time of gradually putting less and less (2 years), but no sugar in my coffee was my goal and I finally got here. Started with always putting 4 very generous tablespoons. Still take milk or cream, but I'm okay with that.

    Struggles of the week: I didn't really exercise at all, and I have been eating christmasy sugar things at night, when I probably should be eating healthy food instead.

    Week of 12/1 - Struggles or successes of the week: This is the first week of this challenge. My goal is to maintain a daily average of over 10,000 steps.
    Week of 12/8 - I did 10,000+ steps every day last week. I am so proud of myself!!! I plan on doing the exact same thing this week. Wish me luck!!!
    Week of 12/15 - I managed to do 10,000 steps every day last week!! Even when I was in bed for 2 days of last week. I was determined and made myself get out of bed. Again, I am striving for 10,000 steps everyday this upcoming week.
    Week of 12/22 - I continued my 10,000 steps every day last week. My goal this week is two fold. I want to continue to do 10,000 steps every day and I need to make sure I drink the required amount of water. I am going to strive to drink at least 90 oz of water a day for this upcoming week. Wish me luck!!

    Struggles or success of the week: I weighed 206 on Thursday, but had a major, major pig out session on Saturday. Went to Red Robin & ate too much, also drank too much...I consumed more than twice what my daily limit is supposed to be. I was REALLY bad, so I exercised super hard on Sunday and ate like I should be. I'm attributing the gain to my horrible day on Saturday. I feel pretty guilty, so I'm going to try to be extra good on Christmas Eve & Day. We'll see where I end up next Monday. I'd really like to see the scale say 205 by the 31st! I can do it!!!!

    Struggles: Working out... haven't done much this week thanks to a few stresses that wiped my motivation. I'd like to get to the point where my mood doesn't affect my desire. Trying to ready myself for a few days of lots of food being around.
    Successes: Lots of success in the kitchen, always just under my calorie goal and hunger hasn't been a problem. Noticing less cravings or desire to mindlessly snack.

    Struggle of the month - I fractured my knee a few weeks ago so exercise is super limited (I'm on crutches). I'm really happy with how I've done though! My loss has kind of been in a way that I'll plateau for a week and a half or so and then drop quickly over the next week. Before I started this I was stuck at 199 for about 2 weeks.
