Struggles of the week: holiday food. Holiday food everywhere.
Successes of the week: finally stopped putting sugar in my coffee. Took a long time of gradually putting less and less (2 years), but no sugar in my coffee was my goal and I finally got here. Started with always putting 4 very generous tablespoons. Still take milk or cream, but I'm okay with that.0 -

Week of 12/1 - Struggles or successes of the week: This is the first week of this challenge. My goal is to maintain a daily average of over 10,000 steps.
Week of 12/8 - I did 10,000+ steps every day last week. I am so proud of myself!!! I plan on doing the exact same thing this week. Wish me luck!!!
Week of 12/15 - I managed to do 10,000 steps every day last week!! Even when I was in bed for 2 days of last week. I was determined and made myself get out of bed. Again, I am striving for 10,000 steps everyday this upcoming week.
Week of 12/22 - I continued my 10,000 steps every day last week. My goal this week is two fold. I want to continue to do 10,000 steps every day and I need to make sure I drink the required amount of water. I am going to strive to drink at least 90 oz of water a day for this upcoming week. Wish me luck!!

Struggles or success of the week: I weighed 206 on Thursday, but had a major, major pig out session on Saturday. Went to Red Robin & ate too much, also drank too much...I consumed more than twice what my daily limit is supposed to be. I was REALLY bad, so I exercised super hard on Sunday and ate like I should be. I'm attributing the gain to my horrible day on Saturday. I feel pretty guilty, so I'm going to try to be extra good on Christmas Eve & Day. We'll see where I end up next Monday. I'd really like to see the scale say 205 by the 31st! I can do it!!!!

...this next week with Christmas is going to be a TOUGH one...I *just* saw this thread today 12/8/14 so for me it'll be a 3-week challenge; I hadn't really set a goal so this is great! That being said, I must be realistic given Christmas. Over Thanksgiving I gained a whopping 6 pounds! So I've yet to lose that weight and then combining Christmas and parties with that, I'm unsure what's achievable... So I'm going to shoot for a 4 lb loss.0 -

Struggles: Working out... haven't done much this week thanks to a few stresses that wiped my motivation. I'd like to get to the point where my mood doesn't affect my desire. Trying to ready myself for a few days of lots of food being around.

Struggle of the month - I fractured my knee a few weeks ago so exercise is super limited (I'm on crutches). I'm really happy with how I've done though! My loss has kind of been in a way that I'll plateau for a week and a half or so and then drop quickly over the next week. Before I started this I was stuck at 199 for about 2 weeks.0 -
