My weigh in for this week is 193.2 yeah 1.8 lbs down. It is moving in the right direction. Hope everyone is having a good week. CONGRATS to those who lost this week, keep up the good work. For the others, just hang in there it will happen. I think the secret to losing weight is just keeping with it, not giving up. Too often we throw in the towel when we feel the scale doesnt move fast enough for all our hard work. Give the scale a chance to catch up, you never know if the week you threw in the towel was the week you would have had a big loss.0

If I can still join I would love to. I have lost 14 pounds already. I would love to push myself to lose 50 pounds in 78 days. That means I need to lose 1.56 pounds a day... um yeah i can do this......0

not been on for a while ive had pneumonia ive lost 21 lbs since january so im really pleased, taken up walking 2 miles 6 days a week.0

My weigh ins are on friday todays weigh in 192.2 I lost 1 lb this week YEAH. I will take it. It all adds up.

Another good week for me. Start 245....today 216.5, was 218.5 last week so another 2 pounds...yippee! 21.5 pounds to go.....I'm going to start Insanity next week to help me with the last 20!0

didn't weigh myself 2day since i'm outta town & didn't think 2 bring my scale with me lol. i did a half marathon in the blue ridge mountains & come out around 3:52-ish. which is not my best pr but doesn't have me worried abt finish a marathon later this yr in 6hrs if i sign up 4 it.
so it'll b next wk til i weigh myself again... <sigh>0 -

Hello everyone. I hope all is well. I'm still holding at 206.4. No lost but no gain either so its great! I expect to gain a little over the next week because I will be starting a new work out full-time. I tested it out a week ago for a couple of days and it was cool. ChaLean Extreme. I got Turbo Fire also but I want to work on muscles first. I get enough cardio doing Zumba class twice a week amongst other things.

I maintained this week 192.2 but I didnt expect to lose with being in monterey. It was wonderful we walked along the beach and rented surreys to ride along the bike path on the beach, we rode them along lovers point, It was absolutely beautiful. But i must say i am glad to be back home. Why is it that it is always so nice and fun to go somewhere but it is always nice to come back home?

Happy Easter
Today we are having my oldest son, my oldest daughter and her hubby and the grandbabies over for an egg hunt, barbeque and egg games, we will do egg toss, relay races and egg volleyball. Lots of fun. We are having chicken, alot of fruit and some salads and cake ( I am not having any cake) Have a good day everyone

No weight loss for me this week but my waist is down 1/2 inch and my BMI was down so I'm happy. On a bit of a plateau I guess. Still 215.5. We'll see how this week goes!0

Congrats to all those who have lost, and to the rest hang in there. If you dont give up it will happen. I have lost 26lbs since starting this challenge, my weigh in is tomorrow so we shall see. It isnt looking like I will reach 50lbs by july 1st, but at least I will be a whole lot smaller, and healthier. Hope everyone has had a great week. I am giving my daughter a baby shower for Elianna (my grandbaby due in june) It should be alot of fun, but i need to stay away from the cake LOL.0
