Made this yesterday, I think I used a little too much yogurt. The batter looked way too thick so I added some almond milk. I also smashed up a half banana.

I think between the yogurt and banana the inside would not set up, so it was mushy inside. Tasted amazing though. Going to try it again this morning and chop the bananas instead of mashing them.

Also used .5 tsp of baking and .25 tsp of baking powder to cut the sodium.

Makes 6 large pancakes. Nutritional information:

    Calories: 314 | Carbs: 34g | Fat: 1g | Protein: 43g (!!!)

A derp moment... Is the nutritional information for the 6 pancakes or per pancake or for 100g of pancakes? >.>''

    Apparently, all 6 pancakes.

That 43g per serving looks really high... what brand powder and yogurt? Or is that 43g for the whole recipe?

My powder is only 25g for a single scoop, let alone 2/3.
    6 oz. yogurt = 14g

It's 43g for the whole recipe... the whole recipe IS one serving :P

The powder I used was 30g a scoop, so 20g went into the recipe. Plus 17g from the yogurt I used (walmart brand plain greek yogurt) is 37g. 3g from the egg white, and 3g from the flour. 43g! :)

Gotta substitute something else for the strawberries so I don't get an attack of hives. I grow blueberries, so I'm thinking those should work nicely! I also ADORE sweet cherries so I'll have to try them, too. Thanks, OP! (*)

Here is the recipe I use
1 scoop chocolate perfect fit protein powder
    1/2 banana, mashed
    1/2 tbsp almond milk
    1/4 cup egg whites
    1 tsp cinnamon

You can add blueberries or dark chocolate chips if you'd like

could one just use regular pancake mix and add in the protein powder and greek yogurt? I don't care about carbs….
