All Mexican... well my father was born in Spain, but grew up in Mexico. Both of my parents grew up with dobble nationatilies and near the border.
Wouldnt you agree that Mexican food is difficult to stay away from??? Further more.... to find "really healthy" traditional dishes!0 -

I married a Uruguayan! Far from Mexico! People always assume anybody spanish cooks mexican or puerto rican dishes though! I always get, "They love their rice & beans, huh?" haha
Uruguyans NEVER have rice or beans lol Completely different food from South America to mexico or PR!
But, I do love some good Mexican food, but dont tell my husband haha0 -

they like too much white rice yuk!!! and mexicans do pinto beans and tortillas they do black beans and big nasty hard bread, lol

mexican food is so hard to stay away from ..My mom cooks it most of the week,She learned she had diabetes a yr ago and changed the way she cooked,but still taste so good to me. I married a Salvadorean American,and his mom cooks soooo good too. But nothing tastes better than my moms rice..YUM!!! Im sure thats why I gained weight when I was younger!lol0

ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!!! i've totally been to quiroga!!! i went there with my brothers for carnitas! then we went to the church to visit the sites. i made a promise to la virgin there that if she helped me with smething in my life that i would go back there and bring her something. I CANT BELIEVE THIS IS SOO COOL!!!
