Females wanting to lose 20-30lbs?

Looking to find some females that are fairly close to their weight loss goal by 20-30lbs.
I'm 5'7" and fluctuate between 165 & 170lbs.

Do compound exercise like squat, deadlift and lunges 4 sets each doing 8 to 10 reps. 30 sec. Workout 30 sec. Rest and do 5 min. cardio at the end of exercise. Good luck and train hard0

I'm 5'7 and currently between 176 and 177. My original goal was to get to 170, but now that I'm closer to my initial goal, I want to bump it up to 160 and then maintain and tone!
I have already lost 36 pounds, over the course of the past 8 months. I am hoping that by my birthday in May, that I can close to my goal weight of 160! I've been keeping up the logging and jogging, as I've lost most of my weight by running!

I am 5'10 and had a healthy bmi of 23 until this past yr when a hamstring tear impacted my exercising - have also been eating out a lot and adding desserts and wine to those dinners
- Need to make some changes as my bmi is not 25 and I need to lose at least 25 pounds
It's not easy- I have gained 6 pounds since August - must be hibernation - going to a conference in Honolulu in one month and would like to get in the right direction - losing 5 by feb 1 is my first goal
Any tips. What are these five foods that women shouldn't eat? I have heard about avoiding protein bars and bananas- both r staples for me at work- I out in 12 hr days at a hospital and need some healthy snacks - any suggestions from you have been successful-
