Females wanting to lose 20-30lbs?

Looking to find some females that are fairly close to their weight loss goal by 20-30lbs.

I'm 5'7" and fluctuate between 165 & 170lbs.

Anyone in the same boat?

    Hello! 5'9", 190 lbs here. I need to lose about 30 pounds for my BMI to fall in the "normal range" (and hopefully fit back into these size 12 pants I've been holding on to).

    I am 5'4 and 160lbs. Want to lose 25lbs. I had a baby 15mo ago and haven't been able to lose the 10 I am over form pre- pregnancy weight.

    Do compound exercise like squat, deadlift and lunges 4 sets each doing 8 to 10 reps. 30 sec. Workout 30 sec. Rest and do 5 min. cardio at the end of exercise. Good luck and train hard

    I'm 5'7 and currently between 176 and 177. My original goal was to get to 170, but now that I'm closer to my initial goal, I want to bump it up to 160 and then maintain and tone!

    I have already lost 36 pounds, over the course of the past 8 months. I am hoping that by my birthday in May, that I can close to my goal weight of 160! I've been keeping up the logging and jogging, as I've lost most of my weight by running!
