I am only 5'3 and just had a baby 4 months ago. I am still 30 pounds over.

I'm 5'4 as of this morning I am at 179.2 I have been hovering in the low 180's for the last month my goal at the time was to get below 180 and here I am. I started at 215. 20 to 30lbs. sounds like a great new goal but I give myself a goal of 5lbs at a time.0

I am 5'10 and had a healthy bmi of 23 until this past yr when a hamstring tear impacted my exercising - have also been eating out a lot and adding desserts and wine to those dinners
- Need to make some changes as my bmi is not 25 and I need to lose at least 25 pounds
It's not easy- I have gained 6 pounds since August - must be hibernation - going to a conference in Honolulu in one month and would like to get in the right direction - losing 5 by feb 1 is my first goal
Any tips. What are these five foods that women shouldn't eat? I have heard about avoiding protein bars and bananas- both r staples for me at work- I out in 12 hr days at a hospital and need some healthy snacks - any suggestions from you have been successful-
