Hello everyone, I have to say I might the shortest in the group. I am 4'8 and 180 lbs. I am have gained a whopping 80 pounds since I had my daughter. I have been trying for four years to lose the weight but no such luck, I just LOVE food Soooo much (not the right kind). I finally feel as though I am ready to get my self back to my old size and I also know I will definitely need all of the support I can get. I hope I will possibly get the chance to make some new friends and be the support that anyone will need.0

Hey all ! I'm 220lbs and would like to be at 150lbs sometime in the next 12-18months. I've been on my journey for a year but have gone down and back up on the scale I workout 3 times a week: cardio, TRX, etc. I'd like to have lots of MFP friends with the same goals so we can share our successes, struggles, etc and keep one another motivated. Hello! I have been struggling with my weight for so long... stepped on the scales this morning and I am 196... oh my.. I think it would be great to have some folks with the same goals to talk to and share success and hurdles with!!! My first goal is to take off 30lbs through diet and exercise. I started on here a long time ago and then quit so I'm starting over now...I weigh 188 and my goal weight is 130. I know I have a long journey ahead but I am finally ready to do this. I have done so many fad diets and lost a bunch of weight and then gained it all back. Now I'm just trying to eat better and exercise. I need some serious motivation to stick to it!0

Hello! Although I am not new to MFP, definitely have just restarted using it again and am new to the boards. I have 60lbs to lose as well. Definitely need as much support as I can get! OMG this is the exact thread I was looking for. I am in the same boat. I feel great and love who I am but I sure would be excited to drop 50-60 pounds. Please add me if I miss you. I have been here on/off for a bit but have kept a small number of mfp friends (like 14) and really only have about 5 that participate. Maybe I need a good circle of supporters to cheer on and get more kudos from. LETS DO THIS!!!!
