I am 5'7 and flucuate between 155-160. Over the summer I reached 150 for the first time since highschool, but sadly the holidays packed that ten pounds back on!! Not quite sure what my goal weight is, as I dont remember ever being under 150 but Im sure it will be somewhere around a good 20lbs! I'm a 5'11'' female (closer to 6' but not quite), 30 years old, very busy job as a lawyer. Want to get to 149 (just to say I got in the 140s).
I started at 182 but as of today I am 181. Total left to lose = 32. I'd love some friends to add me who think they are in the same boat!!0 -
I wish I was 5'7"!
But I'm 5'4" and am at 173 (down 3lbs from last week though- woohoo!). Ideally I would like to get around 135.

I'm the same. 5'7 fluctuate within the same range. It's a constant battle. The problem is I don't know how to eat properly as far as balance. My issue is I don't intake enough food or balance between carbs, proteins etc...0
