    Struggles or successes of your week: Getting into the routine of eating less is hard. I've lost weight in the past and have gotten out of all the good habits I had gotten myself into. I will continue to wake up early, going for a run and eating well and I will hopefully reach this months goal!

    Struggles or successes of your week:

    My successes this week involved not giving in to the saboteur who lives with me that made 3 separate attempts this week to get me off track by suggesting things that they know I'm staying away from for right now, it feels amazing not to give in to things at the suggestion of others. Of course I have a cheat meal once no more than twice a week, but I decide when and what that meal will be. I also have a theory that my morning drink, the first thing I ingest to break-fast right after I get up in the morning is helping keep me on track...yay Vinegarade.

    Struggles or successes of your week: Water weight is gone I am guessing. that is a huge loss for a 2nd week (I started the week before) but I wasn't 100% committed until this week so i will take it. I cleared my desk out of all food and now I pack a huge bag for breakfast/lunch and make sure it in in my diary before I go to work. I have had 2 days where I couldn't finish everything in my bag, which is better than searching for other food because I am still hungry. I am going to try to keep doing this! It is helping me to make the right choices and decisions. Also I am not really working out at this point. but I do have my fit bit...I checked to see what normal steps were in a day for about a week. (desk job) was getting around 2000 steps aday... now I force myself to get 5000 a day even if it is walking in place at my desk for a few minutes here and there. still not really exercising but am doubling the movement I had before. Baby steps :)

    Struggles or successes of your week: Prior to the holidays my weight was down to 193.5 but I completely fell off the wagon and gained quite a bit of that back. I think my biggest struggle is wanting to participate in what everyone else is doing but I know that ultimately I am the one paying the price. So I joined the gym this week and have moved into the proverbial wagon (forever)!!! LOL. This challenge is a great idea and I love being accountable to someone other than myself, people who understand my struggles and accomplishments!! Thanks and good luck y'all!!!

    I'm definitely in... I need the accountability and support! My end goal is to be right around 100-105 but I know this isn't going to happen overnight so 5lbs this month sounds like a good start. Good luck everyone!!

    Struggles or successes of your week: Started following a vegan lifestyle as of January 1. It's gone very well thus far. Has helped me to eat healthier and really watch what calories and nutrients I am taking in. Have been running multiple times this week (ugh it's cold out!) And overall I feel really good. Hard part is getting out of bed when it's cold out to run outside or head to the gym so I want to improve my motivation there.

    I had a real bad Sunday and all I could do was eat. Did not feel good, especially since I had gained 8 lbs over the holidays. So really trying to double down and get some weight off.

    Struggles or successes of your week: logged every day. Made or got close to calorie target everyday. Three times to the gym. This is higher than expected loss. but i think it is just the fast initial loss some see. The rate will decrease. This week coming up will be a challenge. 5 days in peru for work.     Struggles or successes of your week: Exercised a lot this week. Started Aquafit 3X a week for 1.5 hours at a time. I think I could have ate a bit better. Still had cookies and sweets in the house, my downfall, but as the numbers show I kept within my calories which I upped to 1500 a day to lose .5 a week.

    Struggles or successes of your week: I was very successful in remembering to track, but was not so successful at remembering to eat all of my fruits and veggies every day. This week I'm going to work more whole raw foods into my diet to stay fuller longer. BIG STRUGGLE - since I'm trying to cut down on sugar, I kept craving candy and sweets. I caved a few times, but tracked them.

    Count me in. I managed to hit Onderland the middle of December but with the holiday food, snacking and not getting enough water down I have edged back over 200. So I want to get back into Onderland all the way down to at least 190.

    Struggles or successes of your week: I have been successful drinking my water this week, usually hitting around 100 oz. a day. The weather warmed up some the last few days so I have been able to get out and do some walking/jogging. My gym has been closed the last 3 days because they are moving to a new location but hopefully they will be back open today so I can get back in there for my walking (its way too cold outside now) and weights.

    Struggles or successes of your week: Struggled this week due to a heavy cold which limited me to walking the dogs as exercise. On the whole stuck to under my calorie intake which has helped and the loss better than I thought
