2 eggs scrambled with chives, LOTS of pepper and a handful of cheddar. Served with thick slices of fried potatoes. I love Sunday mornings.

Breakfast! 2 scrambled egg whites with parmesan cheese and spinach, two pieces of turkey bacon, half of a biscuit with home made apple butter and 61grams of a pink apple!0 -
Chicken salad with a Ceasar feel: romaine lettuce, cooked chicken breast, anchovy-mustard vinaigrette, red onions and parmesan shaving. With a piece of toasted baguette and tapenade spread.

Another improvised use of leftovers. I had some leftover boneless naked chicken wings from Pizza Hut. I had them as a dinner there about 3 days ago.
Turned them into Chicken Parmesan with some tri color pasta swirls. Pretty tasty and I'm glad I used them up instead of tossing them. Got store bought sushi for a treat on Friday, Avocado and Salmon rolls. Soooo good.
On Saturday my husband wanted to go for donair poutine (SOOO GOOD), beers and wings! I had to play it small, had a delicious greek salad, as we were going to friends later in the evening and I knew there'd be tons of snackies and wine!

Turkey sandwich on toasted sprouted grain bread with mushrooms, tomato, roasted sweet potato and carrots, mixed greens, mixed sprouts, baby swiss cheese, turkey, mayo and mustard; cucumber; strawberries.
