    Things are so uncomplicated right now. I can eat what I want, spend as much time at the gym as I want, there's no checking in..

    I'm completely on my own schedule!
    Besides, the girls that I end up dating always end up being from crazy town!

    i was in a four year relationship where i built all my plans for my future around him and what he wanted. when he broke up with me it pretty much destroyed me (classically pathetic, i know). i'm finally building my life for what i want, and with my graduation in three weeks i like being able to make plans without giving a **** what anyone else wants. I can't even imagine even casually dating someone right now. i like my independence!

    Um, intelligent, dry/dark sense of humour, agnostic/atheist, politically progressive, well read, honest, generally uses good spelling and grammar (I know, I know)... nerdiness or an eccentric streak are a bonus, good conversationalist, introverted, spontaneous... Femme if a woman, not an uber-masculine frat boy stereotype if a guy (if you have ever popped your collar or gelled your hair, we will probably not click), not fussed about looks otherwise. And for God's sake, no pervs. Appropriately sexual, cool, but I'm not looking for an exchange like it's back in the day and we're 14 and "cybering" on ICQ .

    Single and hating the dating scene. Ugh. Everybody wants to score, but nobody wants to play the game. Soon I will no longer be what's seen as the "easy target" chubby chick. Maybe then I'll meet a guy who doesn't mind putting in a little effort.
