Additional Info: I originally lost nearly 55 lbs but since starting back at university I gained back 20 lbs from May to December 2014. I am doing a 'fast track' program so it is very demanding and I have made poor food choices. Currently doing my internship and I am taking the opportunity to get back on track. I don't want to mess up all the success!! This challenge fits nicely with me because I was aiming for 5 lbs for this month anyway. Good luck everyone!0 -
