I am really a treadmill person but since I can't do that for awhile and being able to ride my bike this time of year is not always
possible I thought this might work. Would appreciate any input.
I don't have a recommendation of a specific bike because the one we have is not great, but I highly recommend a recumbent bike....I have mine in the middle of the living room and I ride it while watching TV with my husband who is either in the recliner or on the treadmill. I can knit and ride the bike at the same time so it becomes great multitasking.

Weight in day!
Starting weight: 159.6
Last weeks weight: 157.5
Current weight: 156.5
lbs lost so far: 3.1lbs
Yay I lost 1lb since last week, even with my salty salty popcorn. My goal for next week it to eat much much healthier as I'm still having a problem with getting my junk food consumption under control.
Went for a run in the morning yesterday and went to spin class in the evening. Cooked a delicious vegetarian stir fry for dinner and lunch today with soba noodles.
We're almost at the weekend guys so lets do our best!

Well the evil scale finally moved in the right direction! I think I need to incorporate a little cardio in here if I want to see more action. Maybe I'll try a run on the weekends where I have more time/daylight. I would love to start running as part of my fitness goals.
I'm really hoping for at least 150 by Easter so 13 to go!
