Didn't expect to lose this week. Went to the gym x 4 this week. Still trying to reduce carbs and keep to max of 1600 cal per day, irrespective of amount of exercise. This coming week really want to pay attention to strictly adhering to proportions of carbs, protein and fats. I'm sure I'll see a drop in lbs when I next weigh in.0 -

Well...I failed at getting up the motivation to eat healthy this week. So my weight hasn't moved from 202...My new start day will be next Monday and I will do it this time! No more excuses!
It's a little late in the month but I hope I can catch up fast enough. I'm back after being off for a long time, so here's hoping I can get up the motivation to do this again.

My no weight in challenge really did not help. I have been over eating/binge eating now off and on for a few weeks. I am going back to weight in daily and try better than my best to stay on my deficit. My all time low in December was 138.2lbs, now to get back there!
To anyone who is struggling (like me), no matter how long you have been doing this the battles never stop coming however winning is just simple, even if the battle fails, you pick yourself up and keep trying. It is that simple, never give up on yourself or your goal. I will keep moving forward. My goal this week is just to keep up with my plan. Good luck everyone, one week left, you can do it!

There's a saying in the UK - 'slowly, slowly, catchy monkey'. I'm pleased with the moderate but steady weight loss on this challenge. Have hit the target but this has been at the expense of mini-goals i.e. going to the gym x 3 rather than x 4 in the last week. Carb control getting better but still not within range I’m aiming for. So in this final week I’ll cut all starchy carbs and go to the gym x 4. I want to have lost another 2lbs by the end of the challenge which will leave me 8lbs to get off by the 12/03 (12 March) - which was always my overall aim.0 -
