week 1 (5/9)- 140lbs
Total Loss- 3lbs this week!!!!!!
I don't know if it matters, but I met every mini challenge this week too (except answering questions- oops).

Friday- 20 mins of cardio DONE
Saturday- drink at least 8 oz water DONE
Sunday- get outside and do something…move your butt!

Tuesday- lift some weights FAIL did this on monday and muscles were wat too fatigued to do again
Wednesday- another 20 mins of cardio DONE i did 40 mins cardio and 20 mins weights today:)
Thursday- eat some type of fruit DONE i eat fruit often, today it was an apple and a weight watchers fruit salad tub:)
Friday- 20 mins of cardio DONE i walk 30mins altogether to and from the trainstation to work everyday:)
Saturday- drink at least 8 oz water DONE i drink plenty of water everyday, that and herbal teas:)
Sunday- get outside and do something…move your butt! DONE already bin out playing with my dog, and doing washing
WEIGH IN- lost 1/2 a kg but im happy with that as i had been stuck on 77kg for 3 weeks, aiming to double that this week and lose 1kg:)

I've meant most of the goals this week. I started off slow this week, but ended up losing more than i ever thought I could. Im down to 212 pounds.that is a loss of 5 pounds for the week.0

I went over, I drank 10 glasses of water.

Oh NO! I woke up this morning and forgot to weigh in, Is it a problem if I wait until tomarrow am and weigh in then? I like to weigh myself first thing in the morning before I do anything that way time of day and variables stay consistent.
So I decided to go ahead and stand on the scale even though I am soaked in sweat...because I just finished doing 40 minutes of yoga booty ballet...and I have already eaten and drank 4 cups of water! and I was pleasantly suprised to learn that I'd lost weight and decided to log it!

Monday - eat 2 low calorie snacks - ate a fiber bar and some fruit
Tuesday - lift some weights - did about a half hour of arm exercises with 5 pound weights
Wednesday - 20 minutes of cardio - did one hour on the Gazelle instead of 40 minutes
Thursday - eat fruit - I ran out of fruit early in the week, but I did have some fruit at the beginning of the week!
Friday - 20 minutes of cardio - did about 45 minutes on the gazelle and went for a half hour jog
Saturday - drink at least 8 ounces of water - I partied this weekend, but drank a LOT of water, at least 12 glasses if not more!
Sunday - get outside and do something - I was driving back from my friends place most of the day, but did a bit of yardwork
End of week weigh-in: 190.5!!!! Down 4 pounds!!0 -
