Out of 6 meals, 3 of them are pretty much the same every day.

Eggs, turkey bacon, & toast breakfast
morning snack: Oatmeal, peanut butter, and shot of whey on the side
Myoplex before heading home from work

Lunch, Dinner, and the last snack of the day vary, but week after week, they tend to be quite similar.

With few exceptions I have a smoothie every day, usually either for breakfast or before bedtime. I also eat a banana with peanut butter most days. Probably nothing I eat absolutely every day, but maybe 90% of the time :)

Frozen veggies. They are a total lifesaver for flavor, money, calories and convenience.

I make a big batch of beans and rice on Sunday and take it through the week for lunch (which I divide into about three or four "snacks") - 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup of black/kidney/garbanzo beans. No problem for me to get my fiber every day!

Most definitely! I try to keep frozen veggies in the freezer at all times. That makes it so there's no excuse not to include a side of veggies with dinner. When I have a little extra time or inclination, I make a fresh salad instead.

My doctor advised me to eat 5 servings of fruit and veggies before 5 p.m. and another 3 servings before 8 p.m. Sounds easy, but it can be a real challenge. It's amazing how it affects what you choose for breakfast, lunch, and snacks. I keep fresh fruit and veggies handy at all times along with a Babybel and find it very satisfying.
