I think almost everyone has a 10-15 lb goal and that's the healthiest way, so it'd be pointless to sort like that
lets start out with partners and see how that goes, and dorm-mates as time progresses/more people find out about it:) yeah?

Wow! that's awesome. I guess that would make sense since you said you've literally been sitting on the couch before you got mmoving.CONGRATS! 11 lbs in 5 days is a bit worrisome. Take it slow and I hope you've been eating AT LEAST 1200 calories.

WEEKLY CHALLENGES:
Food Challenge: Try at least three new recipes this week.
Exercise Challenge: Try to get outside and do some kind of exercise for at least 20 minutes at least 5 days this week.0 -
I'll take part in the roommate idea as well. I don't really have any specific requests as to who I'm partnered up with, although someone who has their food/exercise diary open like I do would be nice, that way we can get food ideas from each other and give/receive tips etc. but if not that's ok too.

Celebrating by being "bad" today. I had an Arby's Market Fresh sandwich...I knew they weren't supposed to be that good for you...but...over 700 calories?! Dang, I'd rather gorge myself with Chipotle for that :-P
ALSO.....I originally rounded my weight to 154...should I round my weight loss to 2lbs? I'll enter it as that... If not I started at 154.8 and I am 152.4 now.0 -

One week down everyone. =D
Everyone is doing great. I'm so glad that people seem to be having such great results. Remember not to go too fast. We want to make this healthy weight loss and we want to be able to keep it off for good.
Getting partners in this journey is a great idea I have someone that i met on mfp awhile ago who actually isn't on this challenge, but i'm always available to help people with any questions difficulties they are having.
I'm still waiting for quite a few weights, so be sure to put them on the spreadsheet soon so that I can report our houses percent loss. Go Slytherin =D.. haha hopefully we will get lots of points.
Well i'm off to watch HP DH part 1 =D0 -
I was quite naughty this weekend since it was my son's First Communion and Mother's Day, but I have Pilates tomorrow and I'm planning on walking to the gym. :-) (it's only 1 mile away lol).
