Dec. 29 - 192.5 (I took the weight from last time I weighed in.
I was sick last weekend so I didn't weigh in.
Jan. 17- 190.7 lbs. a step in the right direction.
Jan. 25 - 189.8 woo HOO
Jan. 31- 188.9
Total loss: 3.6 lbs.
I didn't make it to 5 lbs, but I am at least going in the right direction. I am excited that I was able to stay below 190 this week. Yay!!! Bring on the Feb. Challenge!!0 -

Great month for me. Feel back on track now that the Christmas weight has gone. I've been off alcohol for the month which has really helped. Am going to try not to drink at home much in Feb but I do have a couple of social events coming up.

Gone up by two pounds. I've had a cold and have only trained x 3 this week. Continued watching calories, but not great at macros. Gone up by a couple of pounds since last weigh-in but happy I hit the 5lbs target and plan to join the February challenge group that's been set up. Well done everyone.
