    Dec. 29 - 192.5 (I took the weight from last time I weighed in.

    I was sick last weekend so I didn't weigh in.
    Jan. 17- 190.7 lbs. a step in the right direction.
    Jan. 25 - 189.8 woo HOO
    Jan. 31- 188.9

    Total loss: 3.6 lbs.
    I didn't make it to 5 lbs, but I am at least going in the right direction. I am excited that I was able to stay below 190 this week. Yay!!! Bring on the Feb. Challenge!!

    Gone up by two pounds. I've had a cold and have only trained x 3 this week. Continued watching calories, but not great at macros. Gone up by a couple of pounds since last weigh-in but happy I hit the 5lbs target and plan to join the February challenge group that's been set up. Well done everyone.
