So I thought maybe we could all use this to get something off of our chests. Confess to anything pertaining to your weight loss journey, it may even be a helpful tip for others! '
Please please PLEASEEEE refrain from being mean.
Here goes it!
I wear a trash bag under my clothing when I exercise and also for about half of my day.
Yeah it's not as sophisticated as a Wrap or Those belly wrap things but honestly I like it better. It covers my whole upper body besides my neck, head, and arms. Maybe one of you do the same thing :P

I'm really curious, what is the purpose of the trash bag?11

I sweat like a dog. (lol not literally) I wore them my first time around when I was losing weight.6 -

Water weight with a risk of heat stroke. I'm not trying to be judgmental, but this is a bad idea.
My protein levels suck almost every day.30 -
My scale is tared to 5 pounds above zero.
It makes me feel better that I get to subtract 5 off the reading.85 -

Similarly, I add 1 to 1.5 lbs to my "recorded" weight compared to what my scale says, and I only log when my weight reaches a new low. It feels good to look at my report and see only consistent losses, and when there aren't losses, I can remind myself that I've been adding a pound each time anyways.

I ate over half a carton of ice cream in one sitting last week70

Sometimes, I eat in bed and don't even remember. I wake up in the morning wondering why I'm not hungry, and then, I'm sad when I remember.

I did that when I was in a weight loss comp, but only on the last day. Make sure you're drinking plenty of water while doing that!3

Yeah ... uhhh ... I'm gonna have to go on ahead and judge that one, anyway, mmmm-kay?

I keep changing my weekly goals (first week!) from 2lb to 1.5lb depending on what I know I still want to eat that day!!31

I wear spanx all the time. I never leave the house without something to keep my tummy held in.23

Augh you're right though! I'm going to go take it off right now. Screw it it's not worth it!

sigh...When I found that I couldn't eat peanut butter in moderation, and had to get it out of my apartment ASAP, I not only threw it away-I drowned the jar in water first so I wouldn't be tempted...
I can't believe I shared that.79 -
I ate an entire 8oz. package of Philly cream cheese early this week (with a spoon, too LOL). Logged 2oz. a day over the next several days, as to hide my shameful binge.
To OP, no judgment from me (as you can see, I've only told you the least stupid thing I've done )--but please stop the "homemade Sauna suit" for exercising. It does nothing good, and is potentially dangerous. Same goes for the overprice "Wrap" products. They "Don't" work (except for emptying your wallet).43 -
I still sneak a smoke once in a awhile. UGGGG I know22

I log things like stretching and let myself eat back all the calories even though I know the calorie burns from MFP are ridiculous. That's for days I need a little extra flexibility, e.g. if I've gone out and had a drink or two.
My other confession is that occasionally I've had extra cals after midnight and logged them for the next day.25 -

Lol! It's okay williams I know you guys aren't being mean. I'm taking it off and jumping in the shower then drinking some good ole water. You're right it's stupid! Thanks for caring!18 -

Ohhh My lol its okay sweety it sounds like something i would have to do11 -
I can't do any type of jumping jacks or running without my belly smacking the top of my thighs. It's really embarrassing. Going to talk to a surgeon about a panniculectomy. Three kids and yo-yoing between 140 and 252 a few times wrecked my belly.23

You got this! Thank you for taking the advice in the kind, yet strong, manner in which it was given. Yep, we ALL do stupid stuff. Umm, I had used one of those rubber/latex sport "waist trainers" after my last child was born--Oooh, horrible way to find out I am allergic to latex (and it didn't work, either, just gross blisters, despite wearing a cami under it).4 -

Lol yeah we do! Just glad you guys know enough to tell me different because obviously I haven't looked up the actual risks myself until now. i really appreciate it! and man that sucks!2 -
I was craving something sweet the other night but had absolutely nothing in the house that would satisfy me except some hot chocolate. So I ate two spoonfuls of the powder. Two spoonfuls. Of the powder.88

You are cool.2 -
If I'm over by just a few calories at the end of the day, I'll add in more of my exercise to keep the number green.
I'm also done updating my weight on MFP, because it keeps dropping my calories and I'm too lazy to set it manually.
I quick add calories to avoid diary entries like "Pringles, one tube."38 -

Not a judgement but why didn't you just make the hot chocolate? Not sweet enough?8 -
We've got friends over for lunch tomorrow ...it is a rule in my house that we always offer 3 puddings ...I've put them in my recipe builder and one of them is 870 calories a portion...I have no plans on eating it but it was yummy licking my fingers (I logged it)6
