Yes, exactly. You can eat whatever you want and still lose weight if you are still within your calorie goal for the day.
There is NO food that your body fails to digest unless you have a medical issue that prevents your body from absorbing certain types of food. Even if that was the case, you'd be more likely to be underweight, because your body would pass all the food out as poop!
Only EXCESS calories, which means eating more than you need to maintain your current weight, will cause weight gain. So eat your cornflakes and be happy!0 -

Do you have a good recipe for soda bread? Every time I've made it, it's been awful Really want a good one

Homemade stove-top bread, toasted, sandwiching peppery scrambled eggs, melted velveeta, and crispy bacon. Almost felt like I was in America...
Oh, and a mug of steaming coffee, obviously.0 -
I used the recipe on the Dr Oetker website, it was the first time i made it and it was a little stodgy where it wasn't cooked for quite enough time (next time i will put it into two batches instead of one large one) but it tastes fantastic.Paperchains38 wrote: »Home made soda bread with reduced fat pate, a low fat yoghurt and 2 mugs of coffee.
