    I am just beginning my new lifestyle and have lost 10 lbs in January. I struggle with feeling good enough. I feel like I don't know who I'll be without the excess weight. In my head I know I shouldn't worry about that stuff now. I've gotten down to be within 25lbs of my goal weight before and always get scared and put it back on. I have about 100lbs to lose still and am just afraid of keeping my momentum. Any thoughts?
