    Sorry I didn't check in yesterday! Apparently a new filter was loaded onto the server at work on Monday, and MFP is now blocked. Uggg. I did weigh in yesterday though, still no measurements. It's been a rough week at work, but it should get better after the 25th! (That's when school gets out!:wink: ) Not doing too spiffy on the sodium, but hoping to get there. If you're struggling with getting the sodium down, an easy rule of thumb is that the sodium should be roughly equal to the calories. To get sodium down, you want less processing. Everything has sodium, but the closer it is to fresh the better.

    April 25: 164 lbs
    May 2: 163 lbs

    Hows everybody doing? I'm back in 36"trousers for the first time in years and ahead of schedule!

    Second check in for me:

    0205: 232.5 lbs lost 3.8 lbs
    0905: 230.1 lbs lost 2.4 lbs
    Lost: 6.2 lbs total

    slower this week but I'd be more than happy to keep this rate up.

    Oh and the sodium challenge sounds good, thankfully i always manage to stay under though.

    I didn't weigh in last week because I was on Vacation.
    My Weigh in for May 2 was 164.6
    and
    weigh in for today is 156.6......

    something about being on vacation and staying in a hotel that was walking distance from Little Italy.... I will be back on track now that I am home
