Sorry I didn't check in yesterday! Apparently a new filter was loaded onto the server at work on Monday, and MFP is now blocked. Uggg. I did weigh in yesterday though, still no measurements. It's been a rough week at work, but it should get better after the 25th! (That's when school gets out! ) Not doing too spiffy on the sodium, but hoping to get there. If you're struggling with getting the sodium down, an easy rule of thumb is that the sodium should be roughly equal to the calories. To get sodium down, you want less processing. Everything has sodium, but the closer it is to fresh the better.
