All bran cereal with skim milk, an apple and a cup of tea with milk. My standard breakfast every day..I find it fills me up the most. Sometimes I switch up the cereal..

I had a piece of eye bread with a thin layer of Nutella. I'd never had Nutella on toast before and was pleasantly surprised.

Mango smoothie made with 2 eggs and coconut milk. Tasted like ice cream.

    Breakfast is my favourite meal.

Like canned coconut milk or the milk-replacement type?

I use Ayam's canned coconut milk as it has no preservatives. If anyone knows of a better one, I would love to know.

Man, that sounds delicious. I may have to do that sometime. I've never even thought to use coconut milk that way!

A banana and 1/2 cup cottage cheese + coffee w cream. Which would NEVER have kept me full if it weren't for 45 mins hard cardio afterwards (I know bc I've tried).

French bread with herb & garlic cream cheese, and Norwegian smoked Atlantic salmon. Decadent, fatty, delicious.

I had a smoothie with kale, spinach, swiss chard, strawberries, blueberries, flax & chia seeds, almond milk and a scoop of protein powder. I like to get most of my fruits and veggies in at breakfast because I tend to slack throughout the day on them. Its quick and keeps me full until lunch.

    Cereal. I love my cereal.

My addiction is corn flakes though people say they are not good for weightloss

Depends how many you eat, and if you put sugar on them. Nothing wrong with a bowl of cornflakes. I like cut up banana on cornflakes.

I had poached egg, wholemeal toast, baked beans and tinned tomatoes for breakfast.
