All bran cereal with skim milk, an apple and a cup of tea with milk. My standard breakfast every day..I find it fills me up the most. Sometimes I switch up the cereal..0

I had a piece of eye bread with a thin layer of Nutella. I'd never had Nutella on toast before and was pleasantly surprised.0

I had a smoothie with kale, spinach, swiss chard, strawberries, blueberries, flax & chia seeds, almond milk and a scoop of protein powder. I like to get most of my fruits and veggies in at breakfast because I tend to slack throughout the day on them. Its quick and keeps me full until lunch.0

Depends how many you eat, and if you put sugar on them. Nothing wrong with a bowl of cornflakes. I like cut up banana on cornflakes.
I had poached egg, wholemeal toast, baked beans and tinned tomatoes for breakfast.
