Curious I am down 50lbs no problem excess skin as of yet, But i am worried once I lose the much needed 100lbs more the excess skin will be horrible. Did you do anything to prevent that? I am trying to lose it slowly and excerise 6 days a week any tips would be appericated

@heathergardner14‌ Hi! I honestly has no idea what I was doing when I started... the first 100 pounds I lost on my own with out a trainer or gym... and I lost it pretty slow. 1-1.5 pounds a week. I think losing it slow helped a lot! I have noticed I have toned a TON since I started weight training. Doesn't mean you have to hire a trainer, or join a gym. If you did weight bearing exercises at home that would work! Like push ups, tricep dips, lunges, burpees, ect. Do 3 sets of each :) I also drink a LOT of water, so that might have something to do with it? :)
