Hard cooked. I do a dozen at a time, peel them, and keep them in a plastic container in the refrigerator. A great grab-and-go snack.

I used to go with scrambled or poached but lately I've been liking over-easy. I also enjoy making baked egg muffins with various flavor combos.

Me too. I add a couple of tablespoons of Salsa and some hot sauce for a little kick.

Cracked into hollows made in a ramekin of tomato, capsicum and rosemary ragu, then topped with a splash of BBQ sauce, mozzarella cheese and a dash of tabasco and baked until the eggs are softly done. Eat the lot with a buttered toasted baguette.

    Some great ideas

What's your thoughts on adding milk?

    I prefer mine without

Do people keep the yolks? I certainly do, the best part ;-)

I saute tomatoes, then add spinach, then add beaten eggs(2 whole). Then I add 1tbsp of feta on top and a little black pepper. Yum!

No milk, I like milk too much to waste it by mixing it into my eggs. At least one yolk, always. If I'm trying to boost protein - while staying within my calorie budget - I'll add some egg whites as well but mostly I just go with two whole eggs every morning.

Scrambled with Mrs dash and chopped red onion
  • Egg whites scrabbled with spinach!
  • Many different ways to switch it up - my favorite is scrambled with mushrooms and Parmesan cheese.
    - I also bake them with different ingredients in muffin tins so I have enough for a week.

Over easy, and served on a bed of sauteed kale or swiss chard. Or a steamed egg over a bed of arugula.

(Steamed egg = hard boiled egg, but super easy to peel. Especially when using fresh eggs. 22 minutes to steam, and no craters when you peel!)

Scrambled with garlic, siracha, and laughing cow cheese! Yum yum. I also love hard boiled eggs (although I only like the white part if hard boiled)

Basted on toast with salt and pepper. Soft boiled if I feel like putting forth a little more effort.

I love omelets of any kind but especially with cottage cheese added to them. A quick, easy, eat on the run is "eggs in toast"! Simply take your favorite bread and spread both sides lightly with butter. Take a small cup & cut a whole in the center of it (keeping this so you can fry it with the other ). Place on pan. Next add your egg in the center of the bread cooking both sides until the yolk is to your liking.
Grab & go. My kids love this if they don't have time to sit down for a meal. I love to eat mine with salsa & siracha. Yum yum! :)

Sunny side up with buttered toast for dipping, scrambled and covered in ketchup or hard boiled (whites only...boiled yolks are gross) and covered in hot sauce.
