33 pounds since September 1st, and 20 to go. CICO and exercise when I'm not being a lazy bum (mostly walking, jogging, lifting weights, yoga, and home exercise videos).0

10 lbs down in 38 days. IIFYM diet (deficit) + bodyweight workout 3 days a week with biking commute and infrequent cardio thrown in.
Stats: 5'10", Starting: 174; Current: 164; Goal: 150-ish;
Trying to lean down and get into shape to perform advanced calishtenics and martial arts0 -
170 currently (177 at my lowest weight a little over a month ago, about 12 pounds under my preferred weight to prep for sedentary post-op life). lost about 50 - 60 unintentionally between Feb 2012 and August 2013 due to groceries being too dang expensive. found out my dad needed a kidney and you have to be under a certain BMI to be allowed to donate and between August 2013 and February 2014 lost the rest. calories in vs calories out0

I started being serious about exercising & controlling calories in at the very end of DEC13 / beginning of JAN14.
I weighed 275.3. No pictures from back then.
I paid attention to how much I should be eating, and I worked up to exercising nearly every day - always cardio (up to 90 min, usually 60) and 3x/week weightlifting.
April 21, 2014 258 lb
Dec. 15, 2014 205 lb
April 30, 2014 253 lb
Dec. 15, 2014 205 lb
The shirt says "I've lost..." then has 10-lb increments written on (fabric paint), crossed out, and the next 10 lb milestone added. It's kind of hard to tell, but the numbers are in blue and the crossing out in red.
I'm so close to 80, I've already got the shirt updated.
Goal weight is 165, which is 10 lb below the top end of a healthy weight range based on BMI.
I might think about going as low as 150, but will see how I look & feel when I get closer.
Definitely want to increase the weightlifting so I'll look hot.

In January 2013 I had a starting weight of 290. Now its February 2015 and I weigh 200 pounds(5ft6") and my goal weight is around 160-150. It depends on how I look. I lost the 90 pounds in a year and last year (2014) I was basically just maintaining it but now I'm ready for my next weight loss phase. I didn't take any diet pills. I honestly didn't even workout as much as I should have. I may have worked out twice a month(heavy lifting and little cardio). I lost 90 pounds with the help of intermittent fasting. I didn't even count calories. More so intuitive eating. I don't have any pics of me with my starting weight but I do have pics on my profile when I was about 45 pounds heavier.0

August 30 2014-200 pounds
February 5 2015-161 pounds
I regret not taking pics until I'd lost 25 pounds and I haven't taken any in 9 pounds. The selfie dread is hard to break.
Straight CICO with aerobics/rowing/light weights, but I did start running a few weeks ago and that's helped take 9 pounds off.

That is a good rate of loss to help prevent regaining it back but without the sugar weight regain should not happen. I got off sugar and processed carbs the first of Oct 2014 and have lost another 20 pounds.

I don't have a before and during, but since mid September 2014 (one month post partum), I've lost 36 lbs. Another 24 to go. Continuing my whole foods diet, but scaling back the calories, ashtanga yoga, and a lot of walking my cranky 16 lb baby.
I used to run, but royally messed up my bad knee during pregnancy and am currently awaiting surgery.0 -
Around 15 months to lose 243lbs.0

I am down 88 lbs - I started in mid July 2014 at 320 lbs and am now 229 lbs. Still a way to go but my original goal was to get below 200 lbs. The weight flew off at first but since 2015 has decided to go really really slowly which is annoying!! But - it is still going down and I have been amazed by all the comments I have had (positive) and I am enjoying buying a completely new wardrobe. I don't think I had quite appeciated how different I was until a few weeks ago. Then, clothes thing was brought home when I put on my usual trousers and they simply fell straight down. Amazing!!0

Lost 124 lbs since January 2013, did it on the Keep it Simple plan. Eat food I love, reasonable deficit, moderation, portion control, gelato nightly, and getting off my butt.0
