Interested to see how people flavour their plain greek yogourt.

I'll put in some PB2 and some stevia. Very tasty.

I like to eat it plain - sour puss here :) I have also added fruit to mine. but I prefer to add vegetables. I add english cucumbers and sweet peppers - more of a veggie fan than fruit.

    Fruit or protein powder!

But I usually buy the 9% Liberte Greek yogurt with the flavour on the bottom! Caramel one is amazing.
  • I stir a spoon of jam into it, or hershey's chocolate syrup if I want chocolatey.

Frozen Berries, when they melt some of the juice flavours the yogurt

Cinnamon and boiled apple cider (like a cider syrup-a very little bit goes a long way!)
  • Fruit and maybe a tsp of brown sugar, or I'll add seasonings to it and use it for dips/toppings for burgers and things like that.

I (used to) put in a small dollop of honey, a bit of oats, and some flax seeds. It looks really weird but I looooooved it.

I add a little honey and some sriracha sauce to plain strained/greek yogurt, and use it to dip veggies or spread onto a sandwich. Very tasty and fun use for yogurt.

Jam, fruit and granola is the bomb. Unfortunately, calorie bomb also.

My breakfast almost every day: Fage 0% fat Greek yogurt mixed with raspberries (sometimes blueberries, sometimes both), slices of banana, a little Stevia extract and less than a teaspoon of sugar. Usually, I mix in some of my spent coffee grounds, as well. I sprinkle on less than a serving of my favorite granola as I eat. It's a nice, filling breakfast under 600 calories.

    natural peanut butter, or
    raspberries and cinnamon, or
unsweetened cocoa powder and stevia, or
a few drops of coffee and cinnamon, or
some combination of the above, or
just have it plain. Yogurt is great...so many ways to have it!

I'm super low carb, so greek yogurt's already pretty high carb for me. To a half serving, I add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 2 drops of liquid stevia, then add 2 tablespoons of heavy cream.

Sometimes with some local raw wildflower honey (yummmm) and sometimes just some frozen berries.

I also use it as a sauce for many things I eat. It's my mayo (don't like real mayo anyway) and sour cream and just adds creaminess to other things. It's good mixed with salsa and use it as a dip.
