Hey everyone - I'm ready to post mine. My weight loss journey started in 2007, and my motivation was the fact that my mom had struggled with her weight and was diabetic, which produced some complications. When I started in May of 2007, I weighed 237 lbs. I began to walk at least 5 days a week and eat right, and by September 2007, I was down to 178 lbs. My weight fluctuated a bit after that, but I stayed under 200 until last year, when I was going through a stressful time in life and went back up to 212 by April. I started run/walking last summer and got back below 200. Then, in December, I joined a local gym, and today I weigh 185, and even better, I'm carrying a body fat percentage of 19.4.
This first picture represents a before picture. I don't know if it's from 2007 or earlier, but it's basically how I looked.
This one is an after picture for my first weight loss - it is from 2010.
Next, this is from April of last year before I started the second weight loss
And finally, a recent picture - I'm definitely not a "Not" anymore, and hopefully on the way to "Hot" - or as much as I can be at 41 years old.

5'9" and from what I am guessing was 305ish to my current 155. All while using this program and "MapMyWalk"
So glad there are other success stories.

I know you've seen this picture before because we are friends on here, but I thought I would post anyway. I wouldn't exactly say NOT to HOT, but I feel I look a little different and have way more confidence than the girl in my "before" picture. About 110lb difference between the two. Good luck everyone
Little difference? Girl your after picture looks like Taylor Swift! Definitely Hot....awesome job.....incredible! Amazing!1 -

every day in a gym for 2-3 hours I dare say?
No sir. Just worked out 1 hour per day 6 days a week with a solid diet. I lost 1 lb per week...over 6 months, which led to my 35 lb weight loss. I find that most people do not give themselves enough time to see the results. The changes happen slow...but over time...well...that's when the magic happens...if you are consistent.
