I haven't cooked in a long time, and never under dietary limitations. Here is spinach and rasberry salad with almond shavings, and a 'poached' steel head trout with wilted spinach a 1/4 a tomato and crimini mushrooms. No salt added.

Total calories : 489 as shown.. heck where are your other guys calories! Low in fat and carbs and cholesterol.

The type of food I like...looks really delicious

We went out for breakfast today and I splurged (didnt eat all that buttered toast though)! Chicken fried steak, sausage gravy, hashed browns, and scrambled eggs. So good.

Today's simple dinner, 3 oven-baked potato waffles, a hard-boiled egg, a tablespoon of ketchup just in case I fancied it (I barely touched it actually), and a gold-leaf wine glass full of Coke Zero, and a straw to boot, 'cause I'm such a fancypants. :p

I almost never cook, but I decided to make a weeks worth of freekeh soup recently. Ate with a slice of bread.
