Hey guys! Late night snacking is a SERIOUS problem for me. SHUCKS, let me be real, snacking period is an issue! So, I would like to join this challenge to banish my bad snacking habit. I commit (fingers crossed) to not snack (bad food) after dinner for 30 days. Hopefully this will be the start of something wonderful!

I made myself some flavored water to sip in bed while watching movies, it worked really well last night.

I'm late to this challenge but I'd like to join! I recently realized that I eat because I'm tired at night....my goal is to stop eating after 7 and go to sleep if I'm tired instead.

"Tired of self-sabotaging by munching after dinner? Upset that you double your in-calories at night? Then it's not just me . To get some help (or inspire us by your good example), please join us in this challenge.

You set what you feel is late night snacking. For example, if you have extra calories left for the day, you can have a snack if it's small. Others decide not to eat at a past a certain time. It's up to you.

    We go by the formula:
Me: "number indicating how many evenings you stuck to it"
LNS: "number of times late night snacks won"

Example: Me: 2 - LNS: 0 indicates I won the first two nights.

Some people also add a * to the latest number. In the example, that would be
    Me: 2 - LNS: 1*
if LNS won the 3rd night.

It's as simple as that. Or as complicated, as you will discover. Nevertheless, the persistence and good results of some of our "old" members (and some people keep coming back) show that the battle is worthwhile .

    Welcome!

Looking forward to joining this group. I used to have control over nighttime snacking & overcoming this challenge will help me reach my goal of 40+ pounds. 7pm s/b my cut off.

I'll be on night two of this tonight. I'm trying not to eat anything after 10pm. I have also gone sugar free as well.

I found the best way not to snack is to brush my teeth right after eating dinner.

I was so contemplating this just last night as I ate yet again at 10p just before bed!

Great idea! This is a major downfall of mine too, and at least half of what's unfortunate in my eating habits happens after dinner. So my definition: no eating after 8pm, with or without uneaten calories. And my strategy to break this rhythm will be to find a project to keep my hands busy after hours, or watch the TV furthest away from the kitchen. Game on!!! Shout out to the creator for this one!! :)
I'm with ames on this one! Challenge Accepted!

Lol this sounds fun. I stop eating after 7 or 730pm. And try to go to bed by 930. After. That I get tempted to eat by boredom taking. Over lol. Me:2 lns:0

My mom works at a donut shop and brought me an apricot jelly donut - my next favorite after strawberry.
