    Struggles or successes of your week: Finally was able to eat healthy for 9 days straight and actually get to a properly scheduled Refeed day. My water weight from the end of last month was drastic and I saw numbers like 183. Glad to be getting back on track

    Struggles or successes of your week: Both children are in competitive sports so the lack of time to sit and eat proper meals is rough. Trying to better with packing healthy snacks but the traveling makes it rough. I did however start doing 5 minute cardio exercises every other hour in my office to help boost my metabolism though out the day.

    Struggles or successes of your week: FTP gain of 10w since 1/1 and got 5h35m on the bike; completed a structural refeed and appetite appears to have been dampened; & 1/8" off the waist. Slight weight gain but 7 week moving average is still trending in right direction.

    struggle--dinner at a friend's house equals junk food everywhere. so hard to resist but I managed to just have a couple ;)

    success: other than dinner at a friend's on Saturday, kept every day under my calorie goal and finished the week 512 calories under goal.

    Struggles/Successes For the Week: last week I premade and prelogged my work lunches: red rice with zucchini and eggwhites or chicken. It gave me so much energy, and was filling with low calories, I had enough energy to take 3 Zumba classes and overall be under my goal for the whole week.

    Struggles or successes of your week: I average a net of 700 calories/day (1900 intake - 1200 exercise) and still gained a pound. I'm not going to worry about it as I know it will reverse course. I find it odd this happened as I keep very detailed records and record everything. I'm OCD about that.

    Struggles or successes of your week: I've had a hard time getting all my workouts in between taking care of my kids and my husband's work schedule changing (he'll usually watch them for me so I can get a workout in), but I've been really good about eating and staying away from the junk, so that's a plus! :)

    Mid-week, tempted to step on the scale, but also a little scared. The 4am wake-up to work out is definitely not routine yet, I accidentally fell back to sleep this morning and will have to make it up tonight.

    How often do you all weigh yourself? my weight varies up to 3 lbs during a single day it makes it hard to tell if you are hitting goal

    @pinkbike2ride‌ I too fluctuate A LOT, so I weigh only once per week (first thing Saturday morning). It take willpower to stay off the scale during the week.

    @megannxx‌ Thanks! I feel a LOT better just getting back in to the routine. (Now, for the dietary changes... Weight loss in the kitchen, muscle building in the gym)

Then I had to eat out fast food last night and my cal count went to hell so I came home and ate a valentines cupcake. Le sigh. This will be a new week
