Amazing!!! I've been losing with no problems....that is dropping weight but now that I only have 4 ish pounds to go I can't believe the amount of muscle loss. Walking 5 miles a day has helped greatly but it looks like 3 miles now with 45 minutes going to strength training. Boy does your body change when you hit your Fabulous Fifties!!0

This is a brilliant post, with so much information but also not a huge overload that would seem like too much to handle. As other people have said, it's sensible and realistic. I've been on MFP for over a year now, but have never really made the true effort I should with it, and not lost a lot, although it has made me more aware of what I eat. Now I'm getting back to it, and have taken the photos and measurements too so that I can really see where the work will pay off. Thank you for posting this. I will have my sexypants on for the summer!0
