    I'm 5"8 so slightly taller, 125lbs, UK dress size 6
    I eat 2000 per day + exercise calories
    + Workout pretty much everyday/sometimes twice daily
    + Currently maintaining ;)

    Im 5ft and about 142 34~27~36 i started at 197 work out 4~5 dsys a week 1to 2 hrs a day plus a very physical job .i try not to eat back calories. Im shooting for 130 ~ 135 at a slow pace around 1200 cal but it varies on work out and hrs at work i sometimes dont eat enough for the day.

    Im 5"7 at the moment 145 lb. 40-32-40 just started back into my routine so at this point my diet consists of 1300 cal. I work out 4 to 5 times a week. I do 30 minutes cardio on an elliptical and target different areas by weight training.
    Hoping to get back to 134 lb that I achieved in the summer. I just let it slip somehow and it seems it's way harder now.

    5'7and 3/4" 139 lbs. Size 6-8 pants depending on the brand. I eat about 1450 cals a day. Workout 5 days a week. Lift heavy and HIIT (45 min to 1 hour per day). I thought I wanted my goal to be 130 but honestly i think I would look horrible at that weight.

    My weight goal has always been about 130. But somehow my body stumbles at 138 at the lowest

    I'm 5'7"ish (maybe a bit taller) and weigh 157 pounds and I checked like 1.5 weeks. I actually can't wait to get off my period so I can weigh myself because I hope I'm down to 155 pounds now. I haven't been 155 pounds in a LONG time, like two years, so it's very exciting for me. My goal weight is like 140 pounds or so, but I really need to start a lifting routine so I won't have to lose too much weight. Ideally 135-145 pounds is my goal weight, depending on how I look. I don't think I will look that good at 150 pounds, but it depends on your bone structure, how you carry your weight, and how much muscle mass you have. Anyways, best of luck ladies! We can all do this! :)

    It is really interesting to see all the variety!

    I'm 30 yo, 32-29-39 and 141 lb at the moment. I wear a size 4/6/8 depending on the brand. I eat about 1450 calories/day and don't eat back calories (but cheat on weekends a bit). I workout doing mostly Jillian Michaels and Fitnessblender workouts about 5x/week for 20-90 minutes depending on how much time I have (often workout before work).

    I haven't been able to workout for about two weeks due to being sick and working a lot, so I feel like I have lost muscle and gained fat (started at around 150 6 months ago and have gained a lot of muscle tone since then). My wedding is only about 6 weeks away so I'm excited to get back on the horse! My goal weight is around 140 but having less fat around my midsection/hips/thighs is more important to me.

    24y/o, 5'7". 220lbs, 44-36-50 very hourglass/pear shaped. Wear 16-18 on bottom and 14-16 on top. Daily calorie goal 1700. Goal weight is around 160.

    I'm 33 was 93.8kg ( 206)early Jan now 85.2 (187) Waist 91cm (35 inch) Size 16 Australian (12 US). Goal weight is 158

    I have a goal of 1650 kcal/day but generally net about 1550 average. I have been eating less during the week and having higher kcal days on weekends when we have social events and celebrations

    My goal is >12000 steps per day and last week I averaged just under 15000. I'm a mum, work 3 days as a nurse and walk briskly 5x week about 4km plus walk the kids to school each morning so that's 2km x 5 days very slowly.

    5'7" 28 yrs old. 180.8 current weight. bust 38" hips 34" waist 42" Sz 14 tops and bottoms. Current goal weight is 145. And ultimate goal would be 135. Would love to be a sz 8 pants and medium tops!

    CW: 186lbs, 38DD on top (surprisingly!), size (UK) 16 top and 16 bottom, around 1,200-1,600cal per day, depending on the day.

    My calories are all over the place, seems like my maintenance calories are transitioning downward. Currently eating at 1750 net and eating back 2/3 exercise cals. I do body weight strength training/running every other day. I am aiming to lose .5lbs/wk with no real goal in sight but thinking around 122-128.

    I'm 5'7" and weigh 230 lb-gained 70+ from my recent pregnancy. I'm currently a size 18 with a 2x top -44C. In my profile pic I was 170 lbs, size 12, large top and 38D. I currently eat 1500 calories and usually eat back my exercise calories. Goal weight is 150.

    I'm pretty similar to you. 143 with a goal of 130. Last time I measured was 4 pounds ago, and my waist was 27". My clothing size varies a lot by brand, anywhere from 0-6, small or medium for pants. XS or XXS in tops usually, once in awhile S.

    I was eating 1200 calories a day but was told that was too high of a deficit. I'm currently upping my calories gradually to get to a smaller deficit so I can begin weight training. As of now, I mainly do cardio. Usually 30-40 minutes 5 times a week. I'm doing Couch to 5K as my main source of exercise, which is walking and jogging intervals right now, and eventually will be all jogging.

    43 y/o 135 pounds, size 8 jeans. 30" waist, not sure how far it will drop, I have a lot of scarring from my second pregnancy, even though I only put on around 20 lbs. 38" hips, 35.5 bust. I think if you looked up skinny fat in the dictionary, there might be a photo of me.

    I'm 156lbs and am wearing size 12 pants (US size 8). My hips are 36" and my waist is 29.5". My goal weight right now is 140lbs, then I'll see how I feel once I'm there.

    I eat 1500 calories a day and do an hour of cardio 5x per week. I don't eat back exercise calories.

    I'm 175lbs, size 8/10 depending. I try to do the elliptical 40 minutes/4x week, and have a puppy who keeps me active. I'm a huge fan of my fitbit, and try to get 14k steps a day and at least 105k a week.

    Throughout the past 9 months, I have lost weight primarily by eating in the 1600-1700 range. When the weather is warmer, I exercise 2-3 times a week or more. I was doing C25k & C210k. Now am incorporating beginner weight lifting and treadmill running at my college gym at least once or twice a week until the weather warms up again!

    SW: 213 (size 16)
    CW: 173 (size 10/12)
    GW: at least 160 ish. Goal of getting into single digit pants by my birthday in May! I know it'll happen in the next 6 months!

    Lord knows if I'll ever find a number I'll be pleased with, though!
