@pinkbike2ride I too fluctuate A LOT, so I weigh only once per week (first thing Saturday morning). It take willpower to stay off the scale during the week.
@megannxx Thanks! I feel a LOT better just getting back in to the routine. (Now, for the dietary changes... Weight loss in the kitchen, muscle building in the gym)0 -

Struggles or successes of your week: I can usually avoid sweets as the force is strong in me but last night the dark side crept in and I gluttonously ate 5 quarter sized chocolate chip cookies. I was under my cal target so cal wise it didn't matter but they totally pushed me over on fat and sugar. Wah woh. Oh well today is a new day.

Struggles or successes of your week: dieting has gone really well until yesterday when I was forced to go out for a lunch mtg. I ordered from the light menu for the entree but the appetizers were just screaming my name to the point that I was so fixated on them I had to give in. Then I had to eat out fast food last night and my cal count went to hell so I came home and ate a valentines cupcake. Le sigh. This will be a new week0 -

Struggles or successes of your week: Started feeling hunger this week. I have figured out that sometimes it is really thirst - so it's led me to increase water consumption. Workouts have been good; I hope next week is as good as this week - I'm almost right on goal.

Struggles or successes of your week: Last week I got food poisoning, so I think my weight loss was overstated because I wasn't eating properly. This week I stayed on track...but I blew it yesterday for Valentine's Day! On the plus side, I had a great day, I'm owing the gain, and now I'm getting back on track today by sticking to my intake goals and getting my butt to the gym!
I've also been adding friends through MFP and fitbit (which I hadn't really done before), and I've found the motivation I've been getting from these people has been invaluable. If anyone is looking for friends to keep motivated, please feel free to add me!0
