Then learn to love your bigness.

If you don't like the way you look, something's gotta give. Likely the springs in the couch.0 -

So many acronyms, so few dictionaries. No, I don't lift. I run.

If a person hates their fatness, won't change their habits or their exercise, then they are stuck where they started. On the couch.0 -

Does this count? Every day, Alphabet abs.

I lift my spoon. That counts.

I reckon if you completely covered yourself with butter then wrapped yourself in gladwrap, the butter would attract the fat from inside your body (because fat wants to be with other fat, not water) and all your fat would leech out your pores and join with the butter and voila! No more fat inside, just all over the gladwrap!
Is it bad that I'm actually considering this
What if the butter goes through your pores and joins your fat?!
The only solution to your problem is self love and acceptance0 -
eat 10 bags of ketchup chips and give me 1000 dollars a week for life

Yep I landed in the right place. Though substitute McDonald's with wine.0

I thought this was a "yo' mamma" type thread.
You know... I'm so fat my wife's forehead bumps against my belly.0 -
I have to object to the use of the term, "fat". We're people of size.0

You sound lazy as hell. Why are you on My Fitness Pal if you don't want to do anything?0

Weight loss is 70% diet and 20% exercise... 0% excuses and 0% laziness. How are you seriously expecting to lose weight if you're not prepared to cut down on your bad foods and be a little more active? That rediculous??? I haaaate exercise but I walk my dogs and hike and go to the beach because I know it's healthy for me. If you keep going the way you're going without any effort into being healthy you could potentially develop life threatening illnesses.. so your lifestyle should be changed for your health as well as to slim down.0
