TeamLeela- I challenge you to run in place during the commercials of a show you watch tonight, or jump rope (if you dont have one act like you have one) during the commercials.
I didn't realize how many commercials the oxygen channel has! lol I got through it though!
LOL sorry...oxygen,MTV, and VH1 I believe have the most.....cant walk around my neighborhood...but will walk 2 miles in the treadmill tonight.0 -

I've never gotten to 20k. Closest was 18k I just finished my walk I'm up to 6534 steps. Tonight during my exercise session I should be well over 10k. Let's see if I make it to 20k. Better yet, I will get to 20k, take a photo and post it. :happy:

Sorry I've just got back from a week holiday in Tuscany.. And my weight in for Sunday (used a friend's scale so hope it's no different from mine) is 142.2 so I've lost 2.2lbs! GO TEAM PEACH!!0

My starting weight pre-challenge was 136.2, but when I weighed in on 5/1, I was at 135.
Checking in on 5/8, I was at 134!!

Hello everyone. I have been busy wrapping up my second to last masters class. I had a paper to do so I was going a bit crazy. I have been good this week with a two pound weight loss. My weight is 298. GO TEAM CORAL!0

I did great working out today. I ran 1.6 miles and then immediately did level 2 of 30 day shred. Felt good!! Now if I can just get away from my chocolate cravings (sucks being a woman sometimes!).0

Well exercising in the morning helps you burn longer throught the day I have heard but I have also heard it is not good to do it on an empty stomache as you will fatigue faster so my answer is neither lol0

Alright so no to be a closed group stalker, but I just read the entire thread and so interested in having partner challenges with other partners! So If anyone's partner decided to dip or drop out I'd be SO IN! I love motivating! My last exam is tomorrow so Im so committed it's ridiculous .
