you don't have to go on a low carb diet to lose weight.
    it isn't necessary.
obviously you can if you want to but carbs aren't the devil.

    I eat 250-300g a day and I lose weight.

    Exactly my point haha.
I think Kyle eats something similar.

I eat around 100, my best days are around 50-60g of carbs. I search for lots of keto meals on pinterest (even though I don't follow that diet), many of them are just our favorite casseroles with the pasta or grains removed. Focus on meats, veggies and fats. Adding cheese, cream cheese and whipping cream makes it easy to enjoy the food and get that savory feel without feeling deprived!

There are people here who do low carb dieting. Two people on my friends list do very low carb Ketogenic diets. I get a lot of great meal ideas looking at friends' diaries, even if they are not doing what I'm doing. I'm trying to lower my carbs (and have somewhat already) but I can't handle very low carb. I gotta have my fruit!

Here's an article that might give you a couple ideas for low carb meals:

I don't do low carb, because donuts, bananas, potatoes, etc.

But, I've looked at this food blog off and on and some of her recipes look pretty good.

She's low carb and gluten free.

Ok best to eat vegetables and things like fish and meat thanks for all the comments to you all

Eggs and hard cheese are good too. Green non-starchy vegetables, avocado, olives, nuts etc...

I'm not a low carber for life like some, but I do try to limit them because they seem to be my binge trigger. I can stuff white bread, pasta, and potatoes til I die... Seriously... So I try to limit those things by filling up on things I don't want to binge on, like chicken and veg. Googling paleo recipes is a good start. But understand macros is better. Good luck OP!

Don't forget your fat sources in there, too. But again, a lot of how you eat will depend on your personal needs and preferences. Pick a starting point for sure, but don't be afraid to adjust things to suit you.

This is a good response. There are tons of meal ideas and replacement foods (such as low carb pizza, which can be more like a fritatta with toppings, or mashed cauliflower), but you need to find a good balance that you can live with.

You don't have to do low carb to lose, but if you find a low carb diet easier to adhere to, it would be a good idea for you. If you can't stick with it, don't be afraid to change your carb levels around.
