Does anyone have any good cleanses out there to kick start healthy eating or weight loss? Note: I know that fad diets and cleanses are not long term fixes... I am very healthy and been active for years, every once in a while i just like a little kick start. Thanks in advance for any ideas!

No such thing. Anything marketed for it is a scam... To kick start your weight loss start with a calorie deficit...

If you are looking for a psychological boost to get you in the mind set, I feel like eating a great big salad daily (light dressing) is nice, with lean protein in it. Some chicken, some chick peas if you like those. Lots of crunchy satisfaction lol.0

You will find MFP is anti cleanses here... No need to kick start any thing.. Just start and your body will catch up..
Eat less and you will start losing weight. It is as easy as that...0 -
I cleanse my system 2-3 times a day. By that I mean I poop regularly0

We know you didn't. The above posters meant that ANY kind of cleanse, using... y'know, lemon water or whatever, is totally unnecessary and doesn't actually do anything.0 -

if you have working kidney(s), liver, stomach, intestines, etc. your body will do all the cleansing required.0 -

If I really wanted to 'cleanse' I would just eat a lot of roughage for awhile. Especially raw mushrooms. At least, that used to work for drug tests...

I did a beer cleanse on Wednesday night. Didn't eat dinner. Drank a lot. Pooped a bunch in the a.m. True story.0

Anything (legal) that can get you started is fine by me. Weight loss is mostly a head game, and if that gets your head into the game to start with, great!
Then, keep that calorie deficit going and you will get there.
