Spring oh Spring where art thou? I have reached the goal by Exercise Bike. HOWEVER I will remind everyone that I miss my outside walking. THAT is my GOAL every month. Walking outside...Perhaps March will bring us better things....errrrrrrrrrr like SUNSHINE AND WARMTH!

We are still Iced in today but it is raining. I need too run too town late evening. No Church Services in our area today due too the bad roads. I have actually had a 31 minute Exercise Bike Ride. I hope too get in more exercise today of some sort....Will log everything later..

I'm still in this guys! Been traveling all weekend. Happy to be home and, Jeannie the icy wintry mess is headed our way! I'm NOT looking forward to it. Had to laugh at your girls little outing in the ice. So glad your fella has a place to stay in town. It's NOT WORTH THE RISK to get on the road in that mess.

My goal for this month is 100 miles.
2/1 - 2/7 = 23.23 miles
2/8 - 2/14 = 32.49 miles
2/15 - 2/21 = 37.54 miles

Yes, jesiann, my husband stayed in a room that his part time job has for employees who can not get home. They are single rooms like a motel room with all the things too make you comfortable. His full time job does not offer such luxury. He is a Registered Nurse and if he gets stuck at the full time job then all he has is a stretcher in one of the Emergency Room beds too sleep on! Rough. Trust me I've had too do that before when I worked as a secretary. Several times I slept on a stretcher in the Ultrasound room...lol....
Can't believe I thought I could walk outside today at 38 degrees and windy! I must have been mad! lol.....1.0 cold mile....
