I was the right size, a bit of grey in the beard, Christmas just around the corner ... it was too easy a target for some people. They've since found themselves at a loss for words. Revenge is sweet.

This is my profile picture. It says it all. I was amazed when I did my measurements after being at it for a year that I had lost a total of 48 inches and my waist was the biggest change. Now, I have around 17 pounds to go according to the dr. It is all belly. So I am excited to see what I will look like when the belly flab is gone.2

Thank you for sharing the pics. It's hard to visualize the end, but each of you help people like me see how 100lbs is like a new person standing in the mirror0

Thank you, I have plateaued a bit but I am a stubborn lady I will break through it. I am getting ready to add more strength training and weights to my work out. I think that will help me tremendously.

What program are you doing?
That 6 month transformation was on two consecutive rounds of P90x. I ONLY lost 1 lb per week...but over six months. Totally shocked at the results...especially when I quit alcohol in the 2nd round. I have since completed 3 rounds of Body Beast...and am now working on Body Building and Proportions (Aesthetics).
This video shows more about my transformation...I went from 1 pull-up to muscle ups...it is amazing what you can do...once you believe you are worth the effort.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=an-w8_vNuWw
I am still going...and I will not stop...
I had asked drepublic the same thing, here was his response0 -
