It is so inspirational to see REAL people changing their lives!
I lost my weight with no fad diets, no trainers, no gym membership, just MFP, free YOUTUBE workout videos like 30 day shred, and dedication!
Looking to stay motivated now that I am maintaining!
Keep working!!! You will get there!
You look fantastic!!1 -

all these posts are just amazing and make me realize that if I keep up with what I am doing, I too can see such great results. I already love the improvement in my mood and down a bit over 10 lbs since Jan 7th! Keep up the great work everyone!!0

I know it looks like some sort of fake weight loss photo and it's uber crappy quality, but here it goes:
Height 5'7"
Before: Jan 2014 189 lbs (after having 2 kids and this is 2 months post labor)
After: March 2015 147lbs
I'm trying to lose 10 more pounds because my body fat is still too high in my eyes. I've been stuck for a while, but I'm not giving up.
Oh and anybody in the home stretch like me feel free to add me on mfp. ;-)0 -

The left was taken March 27th 2013 (181, size 14-16) and the right Feb 1st 2015 (145) and I am 5'6 and now wear a size 6-8. Weight lifting, cardio and eating 'clean' 80% of the time.0 -
I just started on February 17th.
Decrease calories consumed and increase calories burned.
After two weeks I am down almost 5lbs and a handful of inches.
Mostly I am noticing that I jiggle less and I feel stronger.
Everyone looks great! I appreciate the motivation I get from seeing all the progress and success!!!

I lost 23lbs in about 2.5 months, my goal weight is my pre-pregnancy weight of 130lbs. I used to run and lift weights, I was in the best shape of my life when I got pregnant. My daughter is 9 months and I would like to be as close to my goal weight as possible by her birthday, on May 31st.0 -
Not terribly dramatic, but it's only been seven weeks and about (maybe) five pounds. I'm having issues with my scale being inconsistent. According to the scale, I was 156 this morning when I took these pics, 6 pounds more than my January pic and 10 pounds more than I was three weeks ago. I'm chalking it up to inflammation from exercise and maybe my scale is in some kind of rift in the universe where gravity works differently.
I'm 5'5, 42 years old, eating about 1500 plus most exercise calories M-F and winging it on weekends because I get OCD otherwise. For exercise, I run 2-3 times a week as mother nature allows, do some cardio/circuit training and following Strong Curves for 3 weeks. I was doing Strong Lifts before that, returning to lifting after a back injury last summer.

I don't know how to put the pictures on a post from my phone but my profile picture shows my hard work and dedication so far. Sure I've had a couple of "bad" days but that's all part of the journey!0
