    I make my meals every Sunday for the fallowing week. I keep junk outside of my house and I have my before and after picture hanging out in my room so i see it everyday. I stuck with the same meals for about two weeks then switch it up a little. My body is sensitive to fats so I don't eat much fats. :) now I have a personal trainer and I'm working out

    It took me 11 months..
    Trial and error.. Eating less calories helps you lose weight for sure but once you lose the weight be carful about how much more calories you consume. I went from 1200 Calories to 1600 and gained weight fast. Lost it after getting my diet right.
    If you're eating 1200 or a low amount it's always best to up your calories 50 every few weeks and increase slow.

    That is great that was close to my weight when i started i was 225 i want to get down to 125 i am down 10lbs in a month you look great! Good job on all the hard work!
