Some tips that might help
1. Don't go grocery shopping when you're hungry
2. Prepare meals in advance so that you're not just eating what ever when you're hungry
3. Log in what you eat
4. Have a support system and someone that can old you accountable
I actually started ordering my food from greenbeandelivery.com instead of driving to the store, where I can see all the cookies, cakes and sweets that I craved.
I also cleaned out my entire kitchen. Gave my food to someone who wasn't trying to lose weight lol. And I only bought healthy foods that I enjoy eating.
Don't eat foods that you don't like.
Also there are so many fruits and vegitables to try that have yummy flavor.

I started just eating 1200 calories. I ate healthy fats,carbs and protein and i portioned everything out. I still. Weigh my foods and always will.
I didn't start working out until after I lost all the weight.
When someone wants to lose weight they have to eat less than what they were eating to began with. It's not easy at all. Just have Control over your mind and mouth lol

You can do it!! It is touch getting the last few pounds off!!! Don't give up increase your workouts.
I started lifting weights and going to the gym about 6 days a week. My body absolutely loves it lol but in all honesty everyday I try and convince myself not to go because I do not like the gym at all. But sometimes we forget that we control our bodies and mind.
Everything really has to do with your mind. If you tell yourself you "can't" well then you won't. If you tell yourself you "give up" well then you'll give up. But if you tell yourself "I can", than you will. When things start to become a struggle that means you need to push yourself even more. eating right, exercising, and taking care of our bodies can be controlled when you control your mind.

Thanks, was curious because I'm 5'4" and I set my goal to 130. But looking at you at 125...I might reconsider. Sigh.
