Successes/struggles this week: walked more despite sore hips & did Leslie Sansone a couple of times .. figuratively speaking /Kept on snacking at work on leftovers & bought in treats - even crappy Family Circle boring biscuits. Had a Chai Latte at Starbucks, no cake or biccies so pleased as it was quite a nice treat. Went to log it and it's 422 cals!! - I almost cried - it's just hot milk ffs what a waste! Sod that - it's just a normal cuppa for me from now on.0 -

Struggles this week: My modem/router died (don't remember which, b/c that's husband's job), and my cheap phone hates the app, so I didn't track for several days. I tried to keep things reasonable... for most of it.
I did relay for life this weekend and it just wrecked me. I baked a fair bit for it and ate a lot of what I baked. I feel like I've got a carb hang over. I did bake it with me in mind, so it was all lactose free, gluten free but still- too much sugar! Cupcakes, muffins, cookies, brownies, biscuits. During the event, I ate so much of that stuff and not enough protein, fruit, & veg. Then when I got home, I didn't feel like cooking so I ate out. So in addition to feeling like I've got noodle legs and having swollen knees, my tummy feels abused.
Success: I spent 15 hours at Relay for Life and walked on and off for about 11 hours of it. I slept for the other 4, but out of the 11 hours or so I did one big 4 hour block of straight walking. I'm swollen, tired, and in pain -but I feel pretty freaking proud of myself for being able to do as much as I did. Too bad I didn't think to bring a pedometer or count my laps, but I'm sure that's the most I've ever walked in one day.0 -

Struggles: Weighed myself yesterday and was 124.8. Weighed today and was right back where I started. Added to this was the first migraine I have had in over a year...
Successes: Stayed in my calorie allotment every day despite going out to eat on Friday and celebrating Pi day with a single slice of apple pie. Purposely went out of my way a few days this week to get in extra steps. My husband has been a huge motivator for that and I am very lucky to have someone pushing me to get out more which is against my intrinsic nature.0 -

Successes/struggles this week: I had a really good bootcamp session on Saturday with a new trainer. It was tough but I burnt 50% more calories than normal and felt great afterwards. I also managed to persuade my sister to join my bootcamp and we went together which was great for sibling bonding. I had a couple of evening meals that were very salty. Weekend food wasn't as good as during the week, but I did feel more in control than usual.0 -
