I workout every muscle group
Arms/ shoulders, chest/back, core/legs, glutes/lower back
I do about 5 min of a warm up before my workouts and 30min of cardio after each workout0 -

I am curious as to whether or not there is a big difference in how you move around. I mean did you have any knee pain/back pain before and it went away after the loss? TIA0

No I didn't have any pain at all. I did make sure to walk around more tho. Everything I do (movement wise) I think of it as just burning more fat. It's funny how just doing extra stuff around the house can help you lose the body fat.

I am eating 1240 now and cerci sing 6 days a week.... once I'm on maintenance, what should I be doing? Now I'm confused for the after as I am already low calories.
