Hello! I am just starting my journey to a better me again after having a baby! After pregnancy I started some bad eating habits so this is the motivation to help me get back on track!

Struggles or successes of your week: Had another bad weekend of eating. High quantity, low quality. Didn't log this weekend. Feel like a total blimp today. Not sure that I can identify a success other than to say that it's a new week and it's time to get back on the horse.

Struggles or successes of your week: This week I have struggled to get motivated to walk and looking back on my last 2 weeks I can see I haven't been doing enough exercise and walking overall and I need to correct that to get myself down these last 6 lbs I want to lose.

Struggles or successes for your week: I always seem to struggle with my exercise the weeks that I have my son. The weeks I don't have him I am able to be way more active. I need to find a balance between spending time with him and having time for me to work out.

Struggling to Getting those 8 glasses of water in throughout the day! As for success, I have been trying to increase my activity (noted I'm "counting steps") and for the first time in a long time, I went for a brisk walk last night as I noticed I didn't have as many steps for the day as I should have.

Struggles or successes of your week: it was an insanely busy week so I didn't log as accurately as I liked and I feel my weight loss suffered for it. I've been über stressed at work and as a result have been craving chocolate like a mad fiend. A temptation I've allowed a couple of times in moderation. I pledge to do better this week and be more active.
