Struggles or successes of your week: I started my last week of Insanity today, and I couldnt finish the whole workout. My mind was somewhere else, and I didnt want to end up hurting myself with improper form, so I gave in early. 6 more days!!
Struggles: I get very unmotivated when I work really hard and I'm barely losing. I want my inches to move, but they havent really done anything! I know I only have 6 days of INSANITY left, but I'm really debating on quitting...0 -

Struggles- Out Late Friday at a concert 4hrs standing and my knees and back were killing me.

Don't quit it is just six days !!, if you quit I betcha you will regret it but if you don't quit, I am certain you will Not regret it AND you will be sooooo proud - OK now, get going and soon it will be 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0 days !!!!

Thank you! I finished todays workout so I have 5 more to go! I'm trying to push hard, it's just sad when I'm not seeing any results. But with that being said, I've done 58 days of the 63 day program! Woo!

Struggles or successes of your week: Because of my ankle issue, my gym time and what I can do is limited. So, instead of eating my normal calorie range and reduced it every so slightly to adjust for lack of activity. Seem to work. Proud to that I went out with Husband two days last week, and didn't drink, and was really careful in my food choices.0 -
Im soo up for it too lol. Dont feel like im doing well this week ate some cake the other day and let myself down althought ive upped my fitness this week im proub of that

3/8: n/a (I normally keep track every week but knew I ate horribly so was too scared to weigh myself)
3/15: 161.4 (a result of the above mentioned horrible eating)

Struggles or successes of your week: On March 16 I started a "biggest loser" challenge at my work, and it goes until June 29. We all had to pitch in $50 and at the end, the winner gets 75% and the runner up gets 25%. The prospect of losing weight, plus having several hundred dollars to spend on new clothes is super motivating!
Another success is that I went to a weight lifting class at my gym for the very first time, I usually just stick to cardio and the odd circuit training. I'm unbelievably sore but it's worth it!0 -

more than 2 weeks.
But finally after seeing my Dr,
and getting medicine I am beginning to
feel much better!
But, again, no walking this week.
I will start a walking program tomorrow.
